Monmouth University poll finds Americans are ready to accept COVID-19 as part of their lives

The Monmouth University poll says 70% of Americans agree COVID-19 is here to stay and it’s time to “get on with our lives,” with 28% of respondents who disagree.

A new poll says most Americans are ready to live with coronavirus and move on.               
The Monmouth University poll says 70% of Americans agree COVID-19 is here to stay and it’s time to “get on with our lives,” with 28% of respondents who disagree. 
Meanwhile, 34% say they still believe the U.S. will get the virus under control by the end of the year, and 60% think it will take longer, or never happen.
