13h agoMoreau Lake State Park in Saratoga County, where 9-year-old Charlotte Sena was kidnapped, reopened today.
The park temporarily closed after the incident. It has now implemented new guidelines to enhance visitor safety.
These measures include increased patrols by park police and state police, a higher presence of park rangers and the installation of new security cameras.
The State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation continues to monitor the case's development. Additional charges are expected to be filed against the suspect, Craig Nelson Ross Jr.
