Another "zombie property" in Mount Vernon was demolished Tuesday.
It's the fourth of 10 zombie properties scheduled to be torn down.

The abandoned property at 151 Union Ave. was known as an eyesore in the community since 2012.
More than 645 calls have been made to police since a fire on the property 11 years ago, and Department of Public Works crews have visited the home for structure concerns more than 40 times.
