New Clarkstown police chief sworn in
Clarkstown's new police chief was sworn in Tuesday night.
Chief Michael Sullivan takes the post after Peter Noonan retired last month.
Sullivan began his police career in the NYPD before joining the Clarkstown Police Department in 1978.
He is the 10th police chief in the department's history and now leads a force of 160 officers.
