A Newburgh family enjoying a weekend getaway returned home to the devastation that the place where they built their memories was gone for good.

The Williams family's home at 12 Vincent Lake went up in flames Sunday morning while they were visiting relatives in the Bronx. Fire investigators have ruled that the fire was arson since it started in multiple locations throughout the house.

"You feel violated that someone was in your house," said Derrick Williams.

Detectives are interviewing family members, friends and neighbors to help figure out who would have targeted the family that had no enemies.
