YONKERS - A traffic bust on the Thruway in Rockland on Saturday turned into a felony marijuana charge. State police say they pulled over a Mercury sedan for traffic violations on the I-87 in South Nyack. Troopers then discovered that the three people inside the car possessed nearly 10 pounds of marijuana. Mark Maddex and Roxanne Robinson, of Schenectady, were arrested along with another passenger. They were all charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree.
