Fans of Apple iPhones will now be able to put their old phones toward a new purchase. Apple is reportedly set to announce a new program which will let iPhone users trade in their old phones for credit toward a new one. The policy could go into effect around September when Apple's iPhone 5S is expected to go on sale. The company is likely to offer trade-in values of $120 to $200 for 16GB iPhone...
