NEW WINDSOR - The owner of an auto body shop in Orange County has been arrested and faces charges of trying to keep a customer's Porsche.

Police say Patrick Torpey, 53 was repairing the luxury vehicle at 21st Century Auto Body in New Windsor in 2012 when the car's owner died unexpectedly.

Prosecutors say Torpey filed phony documents to try and take ownership of the vehicle.

Torpey was released after posting $2,500 bail.
