SLOATSBURG - A cargo truck caught fire while idling at a Sloatsburg truck-stop along I-87 in Rockland County Thursday afternoon.

Driver Jesse Rodriguez and his partner had left the truck running at a stop along the roadway when it caught fire and melted the cab.

The two men lost everything they had brought with them for their trip to Boston.

Fire crews are investigating what sparked the fire.
