SPRING VALLEY - A Rockland County man is accused of looking into windows and taking pictures of naked guests at a New Jersey motel.

Fort Lee police say Nachman Breier, 54, of Spring Valley, stuck his smartphone in open windows and started taking pictures of naked guests at the Skyview Motel on Bergen Boulevard.

The Skyview is on busy Bergen Boulevard, just shy of the George Washington Bridge.

According to police, a man and his wife noticed the intrusion while they were standing in their room naked. When police arrived at the motel, an employee told them a couple in another room reported a similar incident. Police were able to identify Breier’s car.

Fort Lee police say Breier is suspected of similar acts in Bergen and Rockland counties.

Brier was charged with invasion of privacy, but was released from custody pending a court appearance. The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office has not yet said when Breier will be back in court.
