Cops: Newburgh teen arrested for the 5th time

NEWBURGH - A Newburgh teenager was arrested for the fifth time on robbery charges today.

Police say they arrested the 15-year-old on Friday after he stole a laptop from a woman in front of the Newbugh ministry on Johnston Street.

The same teen was charged two weeks earlier with pistol-whipping two men on Fullerton Avenue just before taking their wallets, according to officials.

The teen is facing felony robbery charges, and is currently being held in a juvenile detention facility.
