Cousin of Michael Lembhard arrested after Saturday brawl

NEWBURGH - The cousin of Michael Lembhard, who was shot and killed by Newburgh police in March, is behind bars today after a brawl on Saturday.

Police say the 15-year-old was arrested along with two other people during a fight in which police say he attempted to punch an officer and was seen jumping on a parked car.
