Flooding causes closures on Bronx River Parkway

NYACK - Heavy rain Monday caused flooding in low-lying areas and roadways across the Hudson Valley.

Flooding closed down the Bronx River Parkway in both directions from the Sprain Brook Parkway split in Yonkers to the Westchester County Center.

The parkway is expected to reopen when the water recedes.
