Weather: Wintry mix leaves region

NYACK - The Hudson Valley got its first brief taste of winter today.

News 12 Meteorologist Mike Rizzo says the icy conditions Tuesday morning gave way to mostly rain for most of the afternoon.

Rizzo says that evening temperatures are expected to be in the low 30s.

There could be a few more brief showers on Wednesday, but temperatures for the rest of the week should be in the mid-40s with clear conditions.
