NEWBURGH - Four people are under arrest this morning in Newburgh as part of a crackdown on illegal activity.

The Orange County District Attorney’s Office says three women, Heather Ann Lynch, 37, Rita L. Lee Colandrea, 38, and Susan M. Napp, 62, all of Newburgh, are facing prostitution charges.

One man, Makensy Hyppolite, 26, of Newburgh, was charged with patronizing a prostitute.

The arrests were part of a prostitution sting by the Orange County Drug Task Force and the City of Newburgh Police Department.
