TUXEDO - A fundraiser to help a local fire department is in the cards.

Tuxedo is holding a casino fundraiser Saturday night to help the Sterling Forest Fire Department. Money raised will be used for equipment and upgrades at the fire station.

Organizers expect a good time, with card tables and dice games, all for a great cause. "We're always working. The guys have to do their training and fire calls also. There's only about 25 members in the company so it's really a push," says Ken Magar, of the Sterling Forest Fire Department.

The fundraiser takes place at the firehouse on Longmeadow Road. It is free to get in and maximum bets are $5.
