NEW CITY - Giants superfan Joseph “License Plate Guy” Ruback was arrested on loan sharking charges Thursday in Rockland County.

Authorities say Ruback used threats and intimidation to collect debts and tacked on high interest.

Ruback is from New City. He is the athletic director at Leak and Watts in Yonkers. Administrators say he's on administrative leave following his arrest.

Ruback hasn't missed a single home or away Giants game since 2003. He is known for wearing a number of Giants-themed license plates around his neck.
