ALBANY - Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-N.Y.) laid out plans for his second year in office today during the State of the State address.

Cuomo says he aims to build the world's largest convention center at the Aqueduct Racetrack in an ambitious bid to generate more state tax revenue and jobs.

The governor is also calling for a rebuilding project to replace 100 bridges and repair 2,000 miles of roads.
