YONKERS - Hudson Valley Restaurant Week has begun.

There are more than 100 restaurants participating, from Yonkers to Kingston, offering discounted three-course lunches for $20.95 and dinner for $29.95.

Restaurant staff say Restaurant Week is always a huge hit.

"It's promoted very well," says Executive Chef Armand Vanderstigchel. "There's a lot people who show up and really enjoy the food. It gives us a chance to shine as a restaurant and show our unique cuisine."
