A Rockland County judge tossed the results of last week's Ramapo ward election after allegations of voter fraud.
Residents were voting on whether or not to divide the town into six wards, essentially giving people more diverse representation. Many claim certain lawmakers were committing fraud to keep that from happening by withholding information and not allowing poll watchers.
