Police say the victim was rushed to St. Luke's hospital with a gunshot wound to his back (11/3/16)

NEWBURGH - A man was shot in the back in Newburgh overnight.

Police say they were called to North Miller Street just before 11 p.m. Wednesday.

The victim was rushed to St. Luke's Hospital. There is no word yet on his condition.

Officers say they found a loaded gun at the scene.

So far, no arrests have been made in the case. And no motive has been released.
