NEWBURGH - Students at Meadow Hill School in Newburgh were evacuated due to a bomb threat.

The threat was left on a voicemail over the weekend, and found Monday morning when school resumed after vacation.

Police swept the building, but found nothing inside.

The children were temporarily kept at Temple Hill Elementary School, and were bused back after police gave the all clear shortly before 12 p.m.

Classes continued normally for the rest of the day.
