Nyack Pour House owner Ryan Spicer has set up a new “Beautify Nyack” hotline so that residents can call and report messes they see from Franklin Street to Broadway on Main Street.

"You can call the Nyack Pour House any day and we'll go and clean the locations that are having a problem," says Spicer.

Nyack Mayor Jen Laird-White says that the city is also looking at giving more fines.

The village plans to re-evaluate the issue in two months.
