NYACK - A Nyack teenager has been arrested for allegedly setting fire to four cars and part of a house earlier this week. Police say 16-year-old Jonathan Barillas torched the cars Tuesday morning at around 2:30 a.m. They say the arsons took place along Summit Street, where a home was also damaged. Barillas is accused of robbing and setting fire to a building on Catherine Street several days ago, as well. He faces multiple felony charges for arson, burglary and grand larceny.
