ORANGEBURG - Orange and Rockland Utilities has issued a company-wide "storm watch" ahead of Thursday's snowstorm.

Extra crews are scheduled in case there are any power problems from the snow and expected high winds.

The company warns residents to contact them if they see a downed power line.

If the power goes out, Lowe's manager Gustavo Lopez recommends a gas-powered generator.

O&R has a free mobile application that allows customers to report and check the status of any power outages.
