PEARL RIVER - An Orange County man has been charged with grand larceny after police say he was stealing credit cards.

Police say Christopher Torralbas, 24, entered an unlocked vehicle parked on Walter Street in Pearl River Thursday. They say he took two credit cards from a wallet inside the car and then ran off after the owner returned to the car.

Torralbas is due back in court Tuesday.

In July, Torralbas was charged with attempting to break into Rx Pharmacy on N. Middletown Road.
