WHITE PLAINS - Police say they have made a third arrest in connection with the slaying of a Stamford, Connecticut, man with ties to the Hudson Valley.

The NYPD announced Tuesday charges of hindering prosecution and tampering with evidence against 29-year-old Max Gemma, of New Jersey.

Joseph Comunale, who worked in Elmsford, was stabbed to death after a night of partying at an Upper East Side apartment in Manhattan last month. His body was dumped in New Jersey.

Two other men face similar charges in connection with Comunale’s death, but no one has been charged with murder.
