RAMAPO - The suspect accused of attacking two Orthodox Jewish women in Rockland County with some type of chemical substance pleaded not guilty in court Monday.

On Tuesday in Chestnut Ridge, a similar attack targeted a 16-year-old girl. Neither victim was seriously hurt.
