PORT JERVIS - An Orange County couple is facing animal cruelty charges for allegedly underfeeding and overcrowding dozens of farm animals.

Police say Steven and Loretta Doss, of Port Jervis, neglected animals on their farm in Minisink. The animals included rabbits, horses, cows and goats.

Authorities also ticketed the couple for having an unlicensed snapping turtle.
