Police: Victims tied up in Chestnut Ridge home invasion

CHESTNUT RIDGE - Police are investigating a home invasion robbery in Rockland County.

The robbery occurred early this morning on Sutin Place in Chestnut Ridge.

Police report that the suspects came through the back patio. One of the suspects allegedly shouted that they were police officers.

When the mother opened the door, the men stormed inside the house and demanded money.

Police say the three armed men restrained the victims, took money and jewelry and fled the scene.
