WEST POINT - A second-year West Point cadet was struck in the face by a police officer after she allegedly attacked him, according to published reports.

The Baltimore Sun is reporting that Natasha Chick, 18, was attending a party last Friday in the Baltimore area before the Army-Navy football game when the incident occurred.

A Baltimore police spokesperson says they were called to the party with a report of a suicidal person and found Chick drunk. Then she allegedly kicked a cop, who in turn, struck her in the chin with his hand.

Chick was charged with assault.

The incident is under internal review by Baltimore police. They say the incident was captured on the officer’s body camera, but they have not released the video.
