MIDDLETOWN - A $500 reward is being offered for a stolen puppy in Middletown.

Police say a 3-month-old puppy named Izzie was taken from the Humane Society sometime during the night of June 7.

Two kittens were also taken, but were later found.

Right now there are no arrests. Wallkill police are asking anyone with information call them at (845) 692-6757.
