VALLEY COTTAGE - The Rockland Legislature is considering a new law that could limit the use of recreational drones and ban them from residential neighborhoods.

Over the weekend, a Phantom PV331 battery-operated personal drone was found on the property of a Rockland homeowner.

The craft was being controlled by neighbors at a nearby camp.

The drone operater was able to get their drone back without any charges or fine.
