NEW ROCHELLE - A man who has already represented his country in the military is now giving back to his community.
 
Spc. Josh Smith recently returned from Germany to throw a back-to-school party for families in the Bracey Houses on Main Street in New Rochelle.
 
Smith not only gave away school supplies for kids who came by, but they were also treated to free food, a bounce house and a dunk tank.
