Do you love your job? A new study shows more people say they do.

YONKERS - A new survey says nearly half the people in the U.S. say they are satisfied with their jobs. While 49 percent might not sound like a lot, it's the highest job happiness level since 2005.

According to a new survey from The Conference Board, people are also giving their colleagues high praise. Nearly 60 percent of Americans say the people they work with are great and the actual job they do is interesting.

Of course, Americans have work complaints too. At the top of the list is how companies handle promotions. More than 75 percent say they have problems with their company's bonus plans and performance review process.
