TARRYTOWN - Security preparations are underway in Tarrytown as the town prepares for President Barack Obama's visit tomorrow.

Obama will be speaking at the Sunset Cove restaurant Wednesday about transportation funding, with the Tappan Zee Bridge as his backdrop.

The president's visit means lot of changes in and around Tarrytown. Parking lots are being closed at the local train station, leaving commuters to make other plans. Tarrytown schools will also be dismissed at noon.

Obama is expected to arrive at around 3 p.m. and the hope is to have things as close to normal as possible by the evening commute.
