Security preparations are underway in Tarrytown as the town prepares for President Barack Obama's visit tomorrow.

Obama will be speaking at the Sunset Cove restaurant Wednesday about transportation funding, with the Tappan Zee Bridge as his backdrop.

The president's visit means lot of changes in and around Tarrytown. Parking lots are being closed at the local train station, leaving commuters...
