Tuckahoe dentist starts anti-bullying campaign

TUCKAHOE - A pediatric dentist's office in Tuckahoe has launched an anti-bullying campaign for the upcoming school year.

The Main Street Pediatric Dentistry in Tuckahoe has put up an empowerment wall inside its office. Children are encouraged to write messages to other children to help spread awareness and stop bullying. "I believe we can have an impact and make the world a better place, and I think this is the way you can begin with children," says dentist Penny Resnick.

The office says more than 100 children have written messages on the empowerment wall so far.
