Wild weather knocks out power in Rockland County

Rockland County experienced power outages Tuesday evening following a fast-moving storm. The outage has affected thousands of residents.

Power was also lost at Nyack Hospital, but backup generators quickly kicked in. No patients were in any danger.

NYACK - Rockland County experienced power outages Tuesday evening following a fast-moving storm.

O & R crews say they will be working throughout the night to restore the power and remove downed power lines.
