Yonkers man drowns in boating accident

A Westchester man has drowned in the Delaware River along the New York/Pennsylvania border.Police say they got a call about a missing boater yesterday afternoon

PORT JERVIS - A Westchester man has drowned in the Delaware River along the New York/Pennsylvania border.

Police say they got a call about a missing boater yesterday afternoon and launched a massive search.

They recovered the body of a Efraim Campos, 42, of Yonkers in the waters near Eddy Farm. They say Campos apparently jumped into the water without a life jacket and his wife lost sight of him.
