Younger sister testifies in Chestnut Ridge M.S. sex assault case

NEW CITY - Testimony was given this afternoon by the second girl in the alleged sexual assault case involving four Chestnut Ridge Middle School boys.

The 13-year-old younger sister, who was 12 years old at the time of the alleged sexual attacks, is testifying that she heard her sister yelling from the bathroom and tried to force her way in. The sister says the young male attackers left and that is when she saw her sister lying on the floor.

The alleged victim, who is 14 years old, testified Monday via closed circuit television. The four defendants are charged with breaking into the girl's Ramapo home and attacking both the victim and the younger sister on several occasions over several days in June.
