A state Supreme Court judge has ruled the Armoni Inn & Suites can reopen.
The hotel was ordered closed last month because it didn't have a new permit to operate.
The judge ruled while the hotel can reopen for normal business, it still cannot operate as a shelter for migrants.
The county says that violating the judge's order could put the Armoni and New York City in contempt of court.
Another court hearing is scheduled for June 14.
