Nyack schools get $35,000 from the Inspire Nyack Foundation

NYACK - Nyack schools are getting a big break from a community foundation.

A $35,000 check was handed over to the Nyack district yesterday to support science, technology, engineering and math programs.

The money comes from the Inspire Nyack Foundation, a community based non-profit organization that raises money for educational excellence.

The foundation raises money through local fundraising events.
