A one-of-a-kind bike from Discovery Channel's "American Chopper" is being donated to Blue Lives Matter NYC.

Paul Teutul Sr., the show’s star and the Newburgh company's founder ,says the bike honors the sacrifices of the NYPD and police lives that were lost on 9/11.

"People need to realize what these people do and the significance of it,” says Teutul. "These guys put their lives on the line every day, and it takes a special type of person to do that."

A representative for Blue Lives Matter NYC says the bike will be used during functions in support of police and displayed in their Staten Island headquarters.
