Delays have plagued a new hotel coming to the borough.
Construction is still underway on a Marriott Residence Inn at the Hutchinson Metro Center, which was slated to open earlier this year. However, developers now say it won't open until January.
Also at the center, a new LA Fitness studio recently opened, more than nine months after it was originally promised.
Officials say that part of the holdup is that construction was slowed by the severe weather in New York this past winter.
