Orange County residents have been watching flights bring migrants into the area for more than a year.

Federal officials say the flights are legal and are bringing children who were separated from their parents to guardians or sponsors while they wait for immigration proceedings.

Local leaders have concerns over the lack of communication from the government and whether this could affect local schools.
