Organizers revise schedule, prices for Orange County Fair
In order to survive the poor economy and the intense heat, Orange County Fair organizers say they are cutting prices and hours this year.
Organizers say they will now be offering a "carload" night where parking, admission and rides for up to eight people is only $50. They say they are offering free admission for veterans on Thursday and on the weekends there is an early bird special.
Gates are also closed Monday and Tuesday and won't open until 4 p.m. from Wednesday-Friday.
There are only five more days left of the Orange County Fair and organizers say with the revised schedule and prices, a fair has never looked so good.
