Paladino questioned in Goshen over military record
Republican gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino was questioned about his military record in Goshen this afternoon as he tried to drum up support for his campaign.
While Paladino wanted to talk about jobs and lowering taxes, he could not escape the questions about his military service.
Paladino has said that he served six months of active duty and trained 250 men. Records allegedly show he served only three months and trained no one.
He says he forgot the details since it was so long ago, but says he isn't sure why this oversight is that big of an issue.
Cuomo today said he thinks this is a big issue and shows "troubling insights into Mr. Paladino's character."
