Parents of Chester Army Lt. allegedly murdered by fellow soldier demand justice

The family of a Hudson Valley soldier allegedly murdered by a fellow solider in Iraq is demanding justice.It's been almost a year and a half since 1st Lt. Louis Allen, of Chester, was killed in Iraq.

The family of a Hudson Valley soldier allegedly murdered by a fellow solider in Iraq is demanding justice.It's been almost a year and a half since 1st Lt. Louis Allen, of Chester, was killed in Iraq. Prosecutors say a member of Allen's own unit, Staff Sergeant Alberto Martinez, set off a grenade killing Allen and fellow officer Captain Phillip Esposito, of Pearl River.Bob and Vivian Allen are preparing to see their son's alleged killer in court. Martinez is scheduled to be arraigned on premeditated murder charges in Fort Bragg, North Carolina Friday.
