CHESTER - A boy from Montgomery is claiming he found a feather sticking out of a chicken nugget he bought from Wendy's.

The Kidd family stopped in for a snack at Wendy's on Brookside Avenue in Chester, just after 2 p.m. Saturday.

Patrick Kidd, 11, says instead of tasty chicken, he found a feather sticking out of the nugget.

Patrick says the experience has changed the way he feels about Wendy's and the fast food that they're famous for.

The boy and his father say they don't plan to bring legal action against the restaurant, but feel a few free milkshakes and an apology from Wendy's would be nice.

In a statement, a Wendy's spokesperson said that the quality and integrity of their food is of the utmost importance to the company. They also say that the claim is unsubstantiated and they plan to follow up on it.
