A Monmouth County photographer is helping to bring a smile to people’s faces during the coronavirus pandemic, while also raising money for a worthy cause.
Photographer Jennifer Morris is participating in the #FrontStepsProject, based on a campaign started in Massachusetts. Morris is taking photographs of families out on their front porches, while also maintaining proper social distancing.
“Some of my families wear PJs, others get dressed up,” she says.
The photo shoot is free, photographers just ask that the families donate to charity.
“I want to help give back to our community and capture what’s going on in the world right now,” Morris says.
The charity that Morris is supporting is the nonprofit Lunch Break, an organization that provides food and groceries to people in need.
More information about the effort and the charity can be found on the respective websites.
